So this happened a while back when I worked at a photography studio in Chicago. It was pretty big and I worked in the IT department, so I had a lot of running around to do and so I had a scooter, a harmless little scooter that never did anything to anybody. I came in one day to find that my scooter was stolen! What?! Why? Anyways, few days later I found it buried underneath some things.

Now I knew this would happen again, since they hid it. Someone hated the scooter, poor defenseless scooter. So I setup my iSight camera to a G4 tower, ran some cables, screen shared the desktop so I could work on it. I download a small app to record every time motion went pass the camera, this saved space and made sure it only tripped when needed. Here is what I found.

I caught them! Yeah, I know awesome right? I think I was a little more excited that I should have been, but needless to say they where a little more surprised when I called them out on it, and they had a little more computer trouble than usual after that… just kidding, I had to stay professional. So that’s how I caught the scooter thief. Don’t F*** with my scooter!
